Training Season Plan June - December 2026

This is the program from June to December 2026. The main competition this year is European NOGI, October, in Rome.

We just had our Spring graduation May 16th, next ceremony will be around November 2026.

IMPORTANT:

We are talking about travel to US to compete Masters Worlds and Jiu Jitsu CON in Vegas next year, 2027, around September. We have plenty of time to save money and make it. It seems it is bit far, but it pass very quick and the preparation for an event like that needs a good time to train and competing other competitions before it. This event is for all age groups as there will be Jiu Jitsu CON at the same week.

In between there will be many other local events, major competitions in Europe that we will be present. Stay tuned in the Whatsapp group, share your plans with the team so more people can join and compete.

Main subject: Training sessions about avoid closed guard, options to pass closed guard. Work more on positional rounds.

Main subject: Half guard pass (starting the drills with half guard sweeps). Positional rounds as main approach
