New timetable

Time is always something interesting to talk about. In the context of the fight, time is crucial both in sporting fight or in a scenario of self defence. We use time control to manage how much energy to spend during the rounds and define strategies based on this.

In the 1950s we had one of the longest, if not the longest, Vale Tudo fights (Portuguese meaning “everything allowed”, which was the origin of the current MMA). The fight lasted 3 hours and 45 minutes! Can you imagine how tough is to fight for all this time?

This fight took place between Hélio Gracie and his former student, Waldemar Santana. It ended with the defeat of Grand Master Hélio Gracie by knockout.

New timetable

Now we have a new timetable! Look at the timetable below and send us a message if you have any questions. You can also check it in our Instagram and website: https://mazebjj.com

New classes on the timetable

Competition class: This class is designed to advanced students and/or competitors. This is an exclusive class for members, we will not have visitors in these classes.

Beginners class: When we are teaching the Jiu Jitsu introduction course, we will use this same timetable for this. Therefore, at these times we will either have an introduction to Jiu Jitsu course or a beginner's class.

Private classes: Now you can have private or semi-private classes! ? They are available in your student profile, on our website. Just be a member and you will be able to schedule your private classes at the times available on the schedule. Private classes are great for refining game details and speed up your Jiu Jitsu evolution. If you want to book a time outside of the timetable, drop me a message.
